Once again I marvel at the speed and efficiency of modern shipping. I wouldn’t have even thought to ship something to Spokane, Wa from SeaTac via Salt Lake City and then back to SeaTac and then Seattle but those wonderful algorithms are here to overcome the limited thinking of humans.

I ordered some joystick parts on 26 July. I thought that the seller was based in the US but they’re actually in Hong Kong. They sent it ocean freight. I have no freaking idea when it will arrive, and HK Post really didn’t provide useful information as to where my package is...

I was supposed to get a laptop today for my job. It was overnighted from San Jose and flew to Indy overnight but hasn’t moved since 4am this morning.
We'll see if it shows up tomorrow.
